• Amazon Rekognition: Provides image and video analysis, including facial recognition and object detection.

• Amazon Comprehend: Performs natural language processing (NLP) tasks such as sentiment analysis and entity recognition.

• Amazon Polly: Converts text into natural-sounding speech for voice-enabled applications.

• Amazon Transcribe: Automatically converts speech-to-text, useful for transcriptions and voice analytics.
  Amazon Textract: Extracts text and data from scanned documents using AI-powered OCR.

In addition to these, AWS provides two powerful services to enhance your AI and ML capabilities: Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock.

• Amazon SageMaker: A fully managed service that provides tools to build, train, and deploy machine learning models at scale. It supports custom model development and includes features like automated data labeling, model tuning, and deployment pipelines.

• Amazon Bedrock: A serverless platform that allows you to build and scale generative AI applications using foundation models from AWS and third-party providers. It simplifies AI adoption by eliminating the need for infrastructure management while providing customization options.
