GenAI in cloud

For example, a model used in customer support needs to provide accurate responses promptly, while a language model may require an evaluation of fluency and coherence. AWS Bedrock provides tools and services, such as model evaluation metrics and customization options, to simplify and enhance evaluation processes. and allows us to regularly monitor models to keep them aligned with organizational needs and user expectations.

Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is an AI technique that combines the strengths of retrieval-based and generative models to produce more accurate, relevant, and informative responses. In Amazon Bedrock, we create knowledge bases, which are structured repositories of information that hold valuable data, documents, FAQs, product guides, or any domain-specific content relevant to a business or application.
