Mentoring and coaching

In addition to making connections with others in the company, you’ve already learned a multitude of career skills. This lesson will teach you to make additional connections by sharing your time and skills.

You can do this in two ways:

• Mentoring is where you can provide specific advice and teach certain skills to somebody.
• Coaching is where you help others explore problems and come to their own solutions.
