Setting up an interview process

Now, we’re going to take a look at the interview process. Your company may already have one, or perhaps, you’re in a position where you’re able to create your own. In this section, we’re going to look at the interview process, examine why it exists, and what you might want to do at different stages.

Depending on the size of your company and the autonomy that you’ve been given, you may or may not be able to make changes to the interview process. However, this is not the end of the world. We’ll ensure that you can approach interviewing confidently in a way that makes the experience comfortable and productive for both you and your candidates.
