Just one more tool remains, and this is the one that you have the most flexibility in implementing. If you are sitting at your desk, you only need the first three tools that we’ve outlined to do a great job. However, there’s a missing piece of the puzzle. What do you do when you’re away from your computer and you need to capture a task for yourself? For example, that quick conversation in the kitchen may result in you needing to remember to do something.
